Handmade Products:
All skincare, candles, and bath bombs are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for non-handmade items to ship, and 7–10 business days for handmade or custom items to be processed and shipped.
Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Products such as beard butters, body butters, and beard balms may change in texture due to temperature variations. In colder months, they may harden; in warmer months, they may melt. While we take precautions to protect your products during shipping, we cannot guarantee texture will remain unchanged once shipped.
