Booking Policy

- All appointments must be booked and completed within the same calendar year they are purchased.
Appointments do not roll over into the following year.
Unused appointments or deposits will be forfeited if not booked within the year.
Exceptions may be made at the MUA’s discretion.

- No phone usage during your appointment unless it is an emergency.

- Please arrive camera-ready. Before & after photos may be taken for marketing purposes; however, clients may decline photography at any time. To allow proper time and quality service, please book at least 2 hours before your event. Rushed services are not offered.

- A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total.

- Arrive with a clean face — no makeup, and brows groomed unless you’re booking the brow package.

- A cleaning or brow-shaping fee will be added if needed.

- No guests allowed unless they are also being serviced.

- I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. If I do, your deposit will be refunded.

- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your appointment via Zelle, Cash App, or cash. If unpaid, your appointment will be canceled.

Please arrive on time or be ready to start if I’m coming to you.

A $20 late fee applies if you're 15+ minutes late, even for travel appointments.

After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.

All rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in loss of your deposit, and you may be blocked from booking future appointments.

Travel Fees:
✨ Up to 5 miles: $10–$15
✨ 5–10 miles: $20
✨ 10–20 miles: $30–$40
✨ 20+ miles: Depends on distance — quoted individually

If parking fees are required, they will also be included in your final cost.

Need me to stay on set, at your wedding, or during a special event to touch up your makeup?  

Hourly: $25–$35 per hour (for 1–3 hours) 

Half-Day: $80–$100 (for 3–4 hours)  

Full-Day: $150–$200 (for 4–8 hours)

If you’re experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance.

I do accept bookings outside of normal hours, on holidays, or for same-day appointments; however, an additional fee of $10–$50 will apply based on the request. Please note that I may not be available on holidays.
