Booking Policy

- All appointments must be booked and completed within the same calendar year they are purchased.
Appointments do not roll over into the following year.
Unused appointments or deposits will be forfeited if not booked within the year.
Exceptions may be made at the MUA’s discretion.

- No phone usage during your appointment unless it is an emergency.

- Please arrive camera-ready. Before & after photos may be taken for marketing purposes; however, clients may decline photography at any time. To allow proper time and quality service, please book at least 2 hours before your event. Rushed services are not offered.

- A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total.

- Arrive with a clean face — no makeup, and brows groomed unless you’re booking the brow package.

- A cleaning or brow-shaping fee will be added if needed.

- No guests allowed unless they are also being serviced.

- I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. If I do, your deposit will be refunded.

- The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your appointment via Zelle, Cash App, or cash. If unpaid, your appointment will be canceled.

Appointment Hours (Mobile Service):

Mon–Fri: 10AM–7PM

Sat–Sun: 8AM–7PM

All appointments are mobile. Travel time is included in scheduling. Last appointment must be booked to begin by 7:00 PM

Clients are required to send inspiration photos before the appointment. The appointment will be completed based on the agreed-upon look. Any changes, additions, or full redesign requests once the service has begun will incur an additional fee.

• Please be ready and available at your scheduled appointment time. If I am traveling to you, I will arrive at the agreed time and expect you to be prepared to start.

• A $20 late fee applies if you're 15 minutes late or more, even for travel appointments.

• After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled with no refund or credit issued.

• No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.

• All rescheduling and cancelations must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit and may result in being blocked from future bookings.

Queen’s Galore Beauty Collection® is a mobile-based service only. I travel to clients by appointment. At this time, I do not accept in-home appointments from new clients or allow walk-ins. Only established/close clients may be considered for special arrangements.

Travel Fees:
✨ Up to 5 miles: $10–$15
✨ 5–10 miles: $20
✨ 10–20 miles: $30–$40
✨ 20+ miles: Depends on distance — quoted individually

If parking fees are required, they will also be included in your final cost.

Need me to stay on set, at your wedding, or during a special event to provide professional makeup touch-ups throughout the day.

Hourly (1–3 hours): $30–$40/hr
Half-Day (3–4 hours): $110–$130
Full-Day (4–8 hours): $180–$220

I do accept bookings outside of normal hours, on holidays, or for same-day appointments; however, an additional fee starting at $25 will apply based on the request. Please note that I may not be available on holidays.

As Queen’s Galore Beauty Collection continues to grow, we are excited to expand our beauty team so we can accommodate larger parties, weddings, events, and multiple bookings while continuing to provide you with the quality service you deserve.

For larger parties, weddings, events, or dates when multiple clients are booked, your makeup service may be performed by Queen’s Galore Beauty Collection’s owner, Shastina, and/or a trusted Queen’s Galore Beauty Team Makeup Artist.

All team artists are selected and approved by Queen’s Galore and may be trained to follow our service standards, use Queen’s Galore Beauty Collection products, and represent our brand professionally.

✨ Please note: Booking a larger party or event does not automatically guarantee that Shastina will personally perform every service. Depending on the size of your party, schedule, and availability, a Queen’s Galore Beauty Team Artist may assist with or perform some services.

By booking a service with Queen's Galore Beauty Collection, you agree that any photos or videos taken of you during or after your service may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising materials.

You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any compensation or monetary gain from the use of such images or recordings, and you waive any rights to royalties or other claims.
