Booking Policy

Appointment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total.

Arrive with a clean face, no makeup, and brows groomed unless you're booking the brow package.

A fee will be added if I need to clean your face or shape brows.

No guests allowed unless they are also being serviced.

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. If I do, your deposit will be refunded.

The remaining balance is due via Zelle, Cash App, or cash 24 hours before your appointment. If unpaid, your appointment will be canceled.

Late & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time or be ready to start if I’m coming to you.

A $20 late fee applies if you're 15+ minutes late, even for travel appointments.

After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.

Travel Policy

Yes, I do offer mobile services! A travel fee starting at $10+ will be added to your total, based on distance.

If parking fees are required, they will also be included in your final cost.

Guest & Health Policy

No guests allowed at your appointment unless they are also being serviced.

If you’re experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance.

Holidays, After-Hours & Same-Day Appointments

I do accept bookings outside of normal hours, on holidays, or for same-day appointments; however, an additional fee of $10–$50 will apply based on the request. Please note that I may not be available on holidays.
