Return & Store Credit Policy

ALL SALES ON COSMETICS AND SKINCARE ARE FINAL

Due to the personal nature of our cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, in some cases, customers may request store credit, though this is not guaranteed and is granted at our discretion.


Returns & Exchanges (Non-Cosmetic Items):

Items other than cosmetics and skincare may be returned or exchanged if available. If the item is no longer in stock, customers may choose between a refund or store credit.


Dispute Window:

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to file any disputes. All disputes must be submitted via email to queensgalorebeauty@gmail.com.


Eligibility & Proof Requirements:

We reserve the right to determine whether a customer is eligible for a full credit, partial credit, or no credit at all.

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. To be considered for store credit, proof of the issue must be provided (e.g., photos, order details, etc.).


Shipping Fees:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover shipping fees for returned items.


Store Credit Terms:


Store credit applies only to the item in dispute.


No credit will be issued for sale items or items purchased with a coupon.


Once approved, a unique coupon code will be provided and is valid for 30 days. This code is non-transferable and can only be used once.
