Please ensure that you are reading the full description of each

product before adding it to your cart.

Before finalizing your order, please ensure all items in the cart are correct and that your shipping and billing information is correct as well. Queen's Galore Beauty Collection is not responsible for incorrect addresses and not responsible for packages once they are shipped.

All skin care/candles/bath bombs are handmade.. Please allow 3-5 business days for non handmade items to ship after ordering and 7-10 business days for handmade or custom order's to be shipped after ordering.

Queen's Galore Beauty Collection is not responsible for any beard butters, body butters or beard balms that changes in texture due to the temperature. Please keep in mind that in colder months these products may harden and in the warmer months these products may melt. We take precautions to ensure these products will not change due to the temperatures, but we cannot control what happens once shipped.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ON COSMETICS AND SKINCARE ARE FINAL due to the fact that Queen's Galore Beauty Collection provides personal/makeup products. Any other product can be returned and exchanged (if the item is available). If the item is not available, you can either request a refund or store credit. For cosmetics/skincare, customers do have the opportunity to request a store credit, but will not be entitled to one.

There is a 7 day time frame from the time all orders are delivered for any dispute to be filed and it has to be via email. Contact us at queensgalorebeauty@gmail.com in regards to any questions or concerns you might have regarding your order.

We have the right to decide if you are eligible for a full credit, partial credit or a credit at all.

Please keep in mind that all products are checked thoroughly before being shipped. In order to decide if you are eligible for a store credit, there has to be proof that there was an issue.

We will not cover shipping fees for any order that has to be shipped back.

Store credit is ONLY for the item that is being disputed. No store credit will be issued on items that are on sale or where a coupon was used.

Once store credit has been determined, we will provide a coupon code that is strictly for your case. Once this coupon code has been used it is no longer valid. You have 30 days to use the store credit provided.

Booking Policy

Deposits

A deposit is associated with each of my services. A deposit will be required when booking to secure your appointment date and time. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the overall cost of the service that you are requesting. Please ensure that your face is clean with no makeup products of any kind and please ensure that all unwanted hairs are removed from brows unless you are strictly doing the brow package. There is a fee if I have to clean anything from your face or if I have to clean your brows.

Also please do not bring anyone to your appointment with you unless they are being serviced. Thank you!!

*** I have the right to cancel or reschedule any existing appointment at any time. If I have to cancel or if I have to reschedule, then I will return the deposit***

The remaining balance is due via zelle, cash app or in cash as soon as the service is completed.

Late Fees

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time or if I am coming to you, please be ready for me to work. A $15 late fee will be added to the cost of my services for late arrival 15 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment time even if I am traveling to you and you are not ready. After 30 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled and a refund WILL NOT BE ISSUED...

NO SHOWS WILL BE BLOCKED AND NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK AGAIN!!

Travel

Yes, I will travel to you; however, there will be an additional fee added to your service for travel fees. These fees can range from $10+ depending on the distance. If there is a fee for parking, this will also be added to the overall cost of travel.

Covid Restrictions

Please do not bring anyone to your appointment with you. If you have any Covid Symptoms leading up to your appointment please reschedule or cancel.

Bookings On Non Business Day/Hours

Yes, I will accept bookings on days and times that I do not work, however, there will be an additional fee applied that can range from $10-$50 depending on what is being requested.
